This is hands down the best Chinese place in winter garden. We judge Chinese restaurants based on their crab Rangoon and China Wok does not disappoint. It's triangular so it can be filled more unlike other crab Rangoon where is a little pastry pouch. China Wok has good combo lunch specials as well as dinner combos. Our favorites our General Tso, Sesame Chicken and sweet and sour chicken. Their sweet tea is great. If you want Chinese China Wok is a must!

It NEVER fails that recently (last 6 months) when I order from this place they say they can only accept cash. Funny since I've been ordering from here for almost a year and always used to be able to pay with credit. It drives me insane. They have a credit card machine sitting right on the counter. I don't know what the problem is but you don't just pick and choose which orders you'll accept credit for. Poorly run establishment and they continuously lose my business to the point I'm finally done trying to order from here. Tao Asian is just down the street, go there.

Walked in and was completely ignored. Couldn't even get their attention. The place was horrible inside to the degree of using tennis balls on the chairs. The menu was also too complex to understand as there was over three hundred ways. The only good part was prices looked good but still blurry on the quality.

This is better than I expected. I have stayed away from this style of chinese place due to the very low quality of food. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I got the General Tso's combo (comes with eggroll and rice). The chicken was not low quality and the cook chopped and made everything fresh while I waited. The rice wasn't that good, but fried rice rarely is; I should have asked for steamed, so that was my fault. The chicken had two pieces of fresh, crunchy broccoli in it. The texture was crispy and the sauce was spot on as far as taste and texture. Could have been spicier, but I've got a pretty spicy-friendly palette. The egg roll was adequate, not great but not awful. My meal was $7.99. I was stuffed by the time I was done. If you have the craving for quick chinese in the Stoneybrook area, this is your place; the taste, freshness, and quality was much better here than in Panda Express a couple miles up the road.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
